CMA Dishmachine’s model CMA-180UC is an undercounter dishmachine with a built-in booster heater. High temperature, heat sanitizing, safety temperature feature assures 180F sanitizing rinse with every cycle. Upper and lower rotating wash and rinse arms blast water in all directions for optimum cleaning and rinsing. Digital LED temperature gauges and easy to operate top mounted controls. Capable of washing up to 30 racks per hour with 2 minute total cycle time using 22.5 gallons of water per hour.Constructed entirely of stainless steel. Uses standard 20 inch by 20 inch dishracks and accommodates oversized plates and utensils with 14-1/2″ door clearance. NSF, cULus, ENERGY STAR
