Groen’s AH/1E-80 Gas Steam Kettle is 2/3 jacketed with electronic controls allowing operators in commercial kitchens of all sizes achieve more precise temperatures for maximum cooking consistency. Features a standard heavy-duty reinforced rim, for ease of cleaning and preventing damage from utensils. Ideal for restaurants, supermarkets, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels and anywhere batch-style cooking takes place.

Additional features include thermostatically controlled auto shut-off, electronic ignition to standing pilot, and cool-to-touch exterior. The self-contained steam source reaches kettle temperatures of 150F to 270F. Unit measures 56 1/2″ height x 48″ width x 56 1/4″ depth and comes standard 115v/60/1-ph, 2.0 amps, 30 PSI, 145,000 BTU.
