Vulcan’s 36RB Salamander Broiler quickly melts cheese, browns breadcrumbs and finishes meat quickly and efficiently. Equipped with six 11,000 BTU/hr bar type burners with stainless steel radiants, standing pilot ignition system, 3/4 top gas connection and gas pressure regulator. Features cool-to-the-touch knob on lever to provide positive positioning of the broiler carriage.
