Southbend’s G-Series GB/25SC Double Deck Convection Oven has extra-deep, bakery depth that accommodates full size sheet pans or two half size (18 by 13 inch) sheet pans per oven rack. Each 90,000 BTU oven deck has 60/40 dependent doors with energy efficient glass windows, dual door seal system, and stay cool door handles. The solid state thermostat control adjusts from 140F to 500F and has a 60 minute mechanical timer. This model also features a pantented “plug-in, plug-out” control panel for easy service, 11 position rack guides and 5 plated oven racks per deck, and interior oven lights.Constructed of stainless steel front, sides, top and rear jacket, porcelain enamel finish, coved and fastener free oven interior with 6 inch adjustable, stainless steel legs.
