Each pan is crafted from heavy-gauge aluminized steel, a 3 ply material consisting of two layers of tough corrosion resistant 3003 aluminum alloy around the durability, strength, and superior heat conduction of carbon steel.

This pan measures 10 inches by 5 inches (inside, top), 9-3/8 inches by 4-3/8 inches (outside, bottom) with a depth of 3 inches.
