Mocha Java is the oldest recognized coffee blend in the world. Mocha was an Ethiopian transplant coffee grown across the Red Sea in Yemen, and Java is from the Indonesian island of Java. We strive to be as true to origin as possible while maintaining quality. While Yemen does grow some coffee, the quality cant compare to its Ethiopian origins. Similarly, coffee from Sumatra has better consistent quality than its neighbor Java. Thus, we offer a Mocha Java with the highest quality Ethiopian and Sumatra beans.
