If you’ve attended one of our Anniversary Dinners in the past, you know that this is our favorite public class of the year — and we’re known to go all out! Details are still pending but we wanted to get this on your calendar because we already know it will be a very special evening.Chef Jaime Teigen has prepared an amazing menu for our celebration…

• Blackberry, Arugula and Amalthia Goat cheese salad with balsamic reduction, olive oil and finishing salt
• Seared scallops with an apple and herb salad with fresh lemon
• Short ribs with whipped truffle mashed potatoes and asparagus
• Strawberry shortcake personal trifles with homemade shortcake, whipped cream topped with local Genuine ice cream
