How do I use the tap and go auto dose system?
When the group handle is in the grinds cradle, tap the handle down once for a single dose of grinds, or tap down twice for a double dose of grinds. The screen will show a 1 or 2 which correlates with single or double dose.
What comes in the box with Origins Espresso machine?
The Origins Espresso Machine comes with the 58mm group handle, premium tamper, 2 x Single wall filter baskets and 2 x dual wall filter baskets, a stainless steel milk jug, cleaning accessories, water filter holder and 1 x charcoal water filter.
My pour is too fast and there is no crema or pressure building up?
The coffee grind coarseness, the tamp pressure, and the amount of coffee in the filter basket will affect the coffee extraction pressure. Adjust to a finer grind size, tamp firmly and add more grounds into the basket.
