This SCANPAN Classic spare lid will fit your 39cm x 27cm medium size roaster. It is made from tempered glass making it easy for you to view your cooking without having to lift the lid.

Maintenance and Care

• Before First Use
• Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth. Do not use harsh scourers.
• Routine Cleaning
• Use a soft nylon scourer wash the lid in hot soapy water. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
• Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
• Do NOT use excessive high heat.
