Use & Care 1. Fill canister half way with chilled fresh cream DO NOT OVERFILL. 2. Screw head on the canister firmly and evenly. 3. Insert Cream charger (8g N2O) into the charger holder and screw the charger holder on to the inlet valve until the charger contents is released with a short hissing sound. USE ONLY ONE CHARGER PER FILLING. 4. Select decorative nozzle you wish to use and screw on canister. 5. Shake whipper vigorously three to four times in a vertical action. 6. To release cream, hold bottle upside down and press lever gently to dispense. If cream is not firm enough, give whipper another couple of shakes. Hand wash only.
