The exacting manufacturing process of acid etching provides these graters with extremely sharp cutting edges, resulting in superior output. The rounded ergonomic handle is made from durable polypropylene and comfortable, slip resistant santoprene. The silicone stability car adds a non slip surface to rest on a work surface.
