Organic Apricot Balsamic Vinegar

Our Apricot Balsamic is made from ripe apricots, and organic grape must, resulting in a balanced vinegar with an intense apricot flavor and notes of almond, lemon peel, and orange blossom that is reminiscent of Italian summers. The bright acidity complements its rich flavor and subtle sweetness creating a versatile product that has varied culinary applications. This vinegar makes an excellent glaze for poultry, especially chicken, Cornish game hen and squab, as well as pork or veal. Its brightness also lends itself well to traditional salad dressings, grilled fruit, and cream-based desserts, such as semifreddo, panna cotta and zabaione.
