Southbend’s HDG60 heavy duty, 60 inch griddle has one 30,000 BTU burner every 12 inches for a total of 5 burners. The “insta-on” thermostatic controls range from 200F to 400F. Features a 1 inch thick polished rolled steel plate, exclusive “no-cold” zone for uniform heat distribution across the surface and large capacity grease drawer. Constructed with 430 and 304 stainless steel front, sides and vent, aluminized steel bottom and rear, and fully insulated reinforced sides with 5 inch rear and 4 inch side splashes.
