Spirit Zester

With the help of its sharpened perforations, the triangle zester cuts the finest strips from the peel of citrus fruits. These strips can be used for flavoring as well as for decorating cakes, pastries or dishes. The slightly larger eyelet on the side cuts thick zests for cocktail garnishes or candying. The hardened blade is made of stainless steel and sharpened. The Spirit handle is slightly thicker and therefore fits perfectly and effortlessly in the hand.
