Chef Rick’s class is so popular, we are adding a 2nd seating on Wednesday, October 8th!

Chef Rick Matney and Dori return from Alaska with fresh fish in tow and they are ready to serve you well. This team is a La Cuisine favorite! Chances are, you’ve never tried halibut quite like this. Hunting, fishing and foraging are their expertise and sharing good food with you is their passion.

Choose from one of two seatings for this class — just before they head back to Alaska for hunting season.

Detailed menu is forthcoming, but you can expect a yellow curry halibut as the main course.
