Always store your salt & pepper mills in a dry place. Avoid using above a steaming pot.To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth.Do not immerse grinding mechanism in water.To insert batteries, remove battery protector on black motor and insert 4x AA batteries in the direction indicated.To fill your Salt & Pepper Mill, simply unlock the body by twisting from the locked to unlocked position. Remove the outer case and black motor section and fill 3/4 full.To adjust the grind gently turn the black knob underneath the mill. Turn the largest dot for the coarsest grind and the smallest dot for the finest grind.
